A parent’s in the hospital

I don't claim to do everything. General notary work and loan signings, and I keep the credentials current for both.
Mobile general notary
Powers of attorney, advance directives, affidavits, car titles, school and travel forms. I meet you at home, at work, at the hospital, or at a coffee shop down the street.
Loan signing agent
Purchases, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages and seller packages. Evening and weekend closings, for borrowers who can’t take a weekday off.

Bring a government photo ID that's current, or was issued in the past five years. Leaving the document unsigned is the safe bet: some notarial acts need you to sign in front of me, and waiting costs nothing.
