What I do with your information

Short version: I use what you send me to answer you, and nothing else. I do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.

What this site collects

If you fill in the contact form, I receive the name, phone number, email address, and details you typed. That message is emailed to me and stored in my inbox. Nothing is stored in a database on this website.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a third party, so loading a page does not report your visit to anyone else.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and abuse prevention. Contact form messages are delivered through Resend, an email service provider.

Booking

Scheduling links go to TidyCal, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy. Anything you enter on the booking page is handled under their terms, not mine.

Your notarial records

This is separate from the website, and worth stating plainly. State law requires a notary to keep a journal of every notarization — typically the date, document type, the signer's name, the form of identification presented, and the signer's signature.That journal is a legal record, not marketing data. It is kept secured, retained for as long as the law requires, and disclosed only where the law requires or permits it.

I do not keep photocopies of your documents after a signing unless you ask me to, or a lender's instructions require it.
